Introducing FISH & SIPS at Kensington Place
14th August 2014
This August, vibrant neighbourhood fish brasserie, Kensington Place has transformd its private dining room into a pop-up bar, ‘FISH & SIPS’, sponsored by Boutique Brands, a London based luxury drinks company. Situated a stone’s throw from Notting Hill station, FISH & SIPS offers a selection of summer cocktails created by resident mixologist and bar manager, Imants Zusmanis.
Inspired by the restaurant’s popular summer bar menu, FISH & SIPS will serve a menu presented as a ‘message in a bottle’ and will feature a range of cocktails all priced at £8, including: Seaside Spritz with Sette Vie Limoncello, La Quintinye Vermouth Royal and Prosecco. A small selection of bar snacks will be available created by Head Chef Dan Loftin including beer battered fish goujons; whitebait with aioli and marinated squid, cucumber and fennel.
The small and intimate space boasts at-window bar-style seating allowing guests to sit back and people-watch the shoppers of Notting Hill and Kensington Church Street. The quirky, fun interiors and atmospheric bar also feature a large painting on one of the walls designed by professional artist and waiter Marco Nardi.
A unique new addition to the West London drinking scene, FISH & SIPS signature menu and informal, laid-back ambience will welcome friends, families and couples alike.
