How To Make A Sparkling Snowball Cocktail

As it’s the Christmas season you might feel like creating a unique Christmas Cocktail, why not try a Sparkling Snowball?

To create this Cocktail, all you’ll need is a Sparkling Wine, Warninks Advocaat, Icing Sugar and Lemon or Lime and of course, a glass.

I’ve decided to go for another of our award winning Sparkling Wines, a Vin.CO Spumante.

Made in Abruzzo, Italy, this Spumante is best severed with appetizers, raw fish or medium-long cheeses.

Warninks Advocaat

Warninks Advocaat is one of the original producers of Advocaat, it’s owned by De Kuyper and is distributed by William Grant & Sons UK in the United Kingdom.

It has been made in Holland since 1616 when it was first brought to Holland by sailors inspired by their expeditions to the Caribbean.

Warninks Advocaat uses more eggs in their Advocaat than anyone else, 16 free range egg yolks are used in every bottle, you can pick up a bottle of your own Warninks Advocaat for Christmas at Tesco’s or Sainsbury’s

How To Make A Sparkling Snowball Cocktail

• Run a lemon or lime around the rim of your glass
• Get some icing sugar and spread it across a plate and then put the top of your glass in the icing sugar to cover the rim of the glass
• Pour in 50ml of Advocaat
• Top up with Sparkling Wine
