Bubbledogs Opens Artisan Champagne Shop

The much-loved Fitzrovia restaurant serving Champagne and hotdogs has opened its own Champagne shop.

Co-owner and Sommelier Sandia Chang has personally selected a stunning collection of grower Champagnes.

Called the ‘Bubble Shop’, there’s a great selection with two exclusive bottles; Collin-Guillaume Rosé Brut at £69 and Jean-Marc Sélèque Solessence Extra Brut at £40.

Bubbledogs came about as a unique concept of pairing gourmet hotdogs with ‘grower Champagnes’ made from small family-run houses.

According to their website, all of their Champagnes are “made by hardworking farmers that tend to their own vines and lovingly craft their own Champagnes. These smaller Champagne houses have very little to compete with the Grande Marques.”

Champagne pairs beautifully with salty foods like hotdogs and the Bubbledogs menu offers great variety – including vegetarian options.
