When it comes to festivals and wine, nothing beats a bubbly fest, a wine festival or even better, nothing could possibly outdo a combination of the two. Thankfully, we’ve been catered for in terms of grown up’s play time through a series of Champagne and wine festivals around the world. We basically had to beg our friends to go to these festivals. Sure! Once they returned, eventually, they seemed somewhat inebriated and incredibly happy. We thought we would share with you all their great escapades and also look into some of the most elite wine and Champagne festivals around the world.
Franschhoek MCC – Cape Town, South Africa
The Cap Classique and Champagne Festival in Cape Town South Africa is one of the biggest bubbly events to be hosted in Africa. Cape Town, known for its wine lands and annual festivals, has made its mark across the oceans and found its way into the hearts of all wine connoisseurs. The event is an annual festivity and attracts people from around the world to taste and explore a massive variety of the finest wine and champers.
Vineyard to Vintner – California
The three day festival consists of wine testing from the fruits of Napa Valley and every year in April attendees have the privilege of viewing the winemakers homes and wineries, giving all visitors exclusive access to what we consider the best line of work in the world.
La Batalladel Vino – Spain
Battle of Wine is a historic event that has taken place in the time frame of 300 years. This is considered to be one of the most amusing, fun and craziest of wine festivities. Climb a mountain in your white outfit and drench yourself or fellow climbers in red wine, using whatever you deem fit of soaking your fellow friends with wine, become a legendary wine drinker in-between the crazed fun.
