Crémant de Limoux

AOP Crémant de Limoux
Our Blanc de Blancs is a chardonnay-based mouthful of pure pleasure. A second fermentation in the bottle is followed by at least two years on the lees. Elegant, fresh and zingy, this wine is sure proof why Limoux has been so famous for its fizz ever since medieval times.
Grape variety: Chardonnay – Chenin blanc
Crémant de Limoux Rosé
La vie en rose in a bottle! A little dash of pinot noir adds an irresistible bouquet of fresh wild strawberries to this gold-medal winner of the Crémants of France, the only wine with a splash of colour in our range.
A second fermentation in the bottle is followed by at least two years on the lees, adding surprising character and depth to this evanescent effervescent.
Grape variety: Chardonnay-Chenin blanc-Pinot Noir
The mountains on the label show one of the peaks of the Pyrenees, Rives Blanques, after which the vineyard is named. The name Vintage Rose refers to the roses that are planted along the edges of the rows of vines at the entrance to the vineyard.
