The Fizzy Tarté, New Champagne Bar in Lake District

A cosy and stylish new Champagne bar and café has opened in Bowness in the Lake District area.
Called The Fizzy Tarté, the bar specialises in French fare: Champagne, cocktails, coffee and even a French patisserie.
The ‘city bar’ style venue hopes to appeal to those looking for an upmarket experience and give a boost to the local economy. It offers a luxury experience not located inside a hotel.
You can expect to find some top-name Champagnes on offer by the glass, bottle, magnum or even jeroboam, including Bollinger, Armand de Brignac, Krug, Laurent-Perrier and Veuve Clicquot. You’ll also find Bottega Prosecco Gold.
With your bubbly you can enjoy sweet or savoury French pastries, such as tarts or quiche, as well as afternoon tea.
