South Africa produces some fantastic sparkling wines from their picturesque vineyards, backdropped against the stunning landscapes. If you’re after something a little different, it’s definitely worth a try.

Methode Cap Classiques (MCC) are premium South African sparkling wines mostly made using the traditional method.  Sauvignon blancc and Chenin blanc grapes are used and increasingly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. They tend to be fruity thanks to the high temperatures of the South African land.

Paul Rene Brut won a Silver Medal in the Summers Days category at The World’s Finest Glass of Bubbly Awards 2018 – Does not have to be a complicated wine, will offer a refreshing and crisp tasting experience ideal for accompanying time spent in the sun / shade
