Miltrentaset, stylish and high quality Cava

Miltrentaset has created a new innovated, stylish and high quality sparkling white wine that will be launching in the following weeks.

Miltrentaset was born in Sant Sadurní de Noia, a small town outside of Barcelona dedicated to the creation and production of the best classic method, Cava. “Parellada”, “Macabeo” and “Xarel.lo” grapes are the main protagonist of our Cava, especially the “xarel.lo” which gives the harmony and strength to a brut nature with a strong personality.

Miltrentaset has a youthful spirit with personality; This company is lead by 3 young enterpreneurs of 25 years old, who are willing to get better, improve and innovate in order to make Miltrentaset be between the top brut natures in the world.

Each Cava, each bottle, contains a subtle aromatic note perfecting vineyards in the province of Penedes. In an agricultural area flooded with light that illuminates the green plains of a protected designation of origin and is the only DO CAVA.

Our Cava is born when the grape juice undergoes the first fermentation (“vin cuvee”). The blending where the different grapes, growing areas and vintages are blended to make a perfect assemblage.

The mixture with the “liqueur de tirage” is then added to the wine. Bottles are stored horizontally and second fermentation beings. Finally, the wine will age on lees minimum of 15 months.
