Prosecco Salatin

When your family has lived in the region for over 500 years then you can certainly trust that knowledge of the land and seasons is very much at the heart of a family that produces its own wines:

We have lived in the land of wine for over five hundred years. We transform work and experience into flavours and aromas that are able to give a smile, arouse emotion and bring back memories. We are the Salatin family and we make wine because it is our passion.

Salatin Prosecco is a winery that owns 44 hectares of land in the hilly region with 21 hectares of autochthonous clones, including 4 rare hectares of Verdiso and Boschera.

Our concern for the environment begins with the careful management of the vineyards and cultivations. We strictly follow the protocol shared by DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene for the sustainable agriculture and respect for the area.We have installed 100 KW photovoltaic panels that have a yearly production that varies between from 100.000 to 120.000 KW, resulting in an environmental saving of approximately 65 tons of CO2.

Their range of sparkling wines include rosé Spumante and DOC / DOCG labels along a a semi-sparkling range.
