2012 Camel Valley ‘Cornwall’ Brut
Served in Rick Stein’s world-famous Seafood Restaurant and Nathan Outlaw’s iconic two Michelin Star Restaurants.
A fresh and fruity fizz, perfect for all celebrations. With English hedgerow scents and a touch of honey on the palate.
2012 Camel Valley ‘Cornwall’ Pinot Noir Rose Brut
Lovely delicate floral and strawberry fruit nose typical of Pinot Noir. Well balanced with a good backbone.
2009 Camel Valley Chardonnay Brut
Traditional Method Quality Sparkling Wine
Young and lively, with a floral, sweet-hay scent, drier palate with a creamy finsh.
2010 White Pinot Noir
Traditional method quality sparkling wine made with Pinot Noir – Blanc de Noir!
An elegant sparkler with a pearlescent hue, a fine filigree mousse, with youthful red fruits on the nose and a fabulously long finish.
2011 Annie’s Anniversary Brut
Zippily fresh and lemony, with richer, yeastier depths. There are very few vineyards in the world that have only ever been pruned by just one person and Annie Lindo is one of those select few. To commemorate her 100,000th vine pruned, the millionth cut by hand with secateurs, and her 20th vintage, her son, ‘UK winemaker of the year’ Sam, made this anniversary cuvée and it was featured on Caroline Quentin’s ‘Cornwall’.
2011 Cuvée Raymond Blanc de Noir, Rosé sparkling
Raymond Blanc de Noir rosé was made to celebrate Raymond’s visit to Camel Valley to film the 2011 vintage for ‘Raymond Blanc’s Christmas’. Raymond picked grapes at camel Valley and helped load the press; he cooked a famous meal with Annie Lindo in her farmhouse kitchen using Camel Valley’s own wild salmon.
