L’Acadie Vineyards release 2009 Prestige Brut ESTATE
25th November 2014
L’Acadie Vineyards released their 2009 Prestige Brut ESTATE during Devour The Food Film Fest in Wolfville, Nova Scotia this month. The bubbles bus tour took in the beautiful Gaspareau Valley, featuring three tastings per vineyard at two of the region’s finest purveyors of traditional method sparkling wines–L’Acadie Vineyards and Benjamin Bridge. All rounded out by a little taste of food from Front and Central’s Chef Dave Smart.
L’Acadie family winery was founded 10 years ago by internationally experienced winemaker Bruce Ewert and released the province’s first traditional method sparkling wines and planted the first certified organic vineyard.
Benjamin Bridge is Nova Scotia’s ultra premium sparkling wine house located in the heart of the Gaspereau Valley on the Bay of Fundy, where the cool climate bears an uncanny affinity with the Champagne region of France.
